Hi! I'm Mike, and I am passionate about health and fitness! It is my mission to help you succeed at your fitness goals, whether it is fat loss, strength training, building muscle, or all of the above.
As a self-admitted "science nerd,"
I love learning about all things relating to health and fitness. Being an evidence-based Personal Trainer, I take great pride in staying up to date with the most current literature, studies, and lab result analyses.
I have a background in martial arts, with experience in styles such as Krav Maga, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts, and Jeet Kune Do.
As a former Police Officer of over a decade, I am personally familiar with the physical demands of the job.
